Individual Sessions

Individual therapy can help you work through many different issues. Maybe you are feeling depressed and anxious, or maybe you are looking for help moving beyond a painful experience in your childhood. Perhaps you do not necessarily have a mental health issue, but you simply want more self-awareness for personal growth. Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, habits, and feelings so you can begin to feel better about your life and happier in general.

Couple & Marital Therapy

Most couples can solve or reduce their problems with new skills and new tools. The good news is that these skills and tools can be taught. The great news is that with desire and practice, many relationships get better and happier. I practice from a strengths based and solution focused approach to achieving a better relationship.

Family Therapy

Family therapy includes 2 or more members of a family system.  Participants in family counseling can be parents and children, stepparents and step siblings, grandparents, aunt/uncles, non-relative caregivers and children. I enjoy working with the structure and organization of the family system. I look for strength in the family and strive to build better communication by creating understanding between its members.
